Aneurin Bevan University Health Board’s Melo website has self-help information and advice, as well as free courses and resources to help you manage and improve your mental health and wellbeing, and cope with difficult times in your life. The website has:

· 37 topic pages

· over 350 free resources

· over 70 free courses and

· information on over 80 helplines and services

Melo also has an accessibility tool called ‘Reachdeck’ which enables the user to translate the website content into over 100 different languages, convert text to speech, enlarge the text and declutter the screen.
