Parc Bryn Bach

Parc Bryn Bach is a local nature reserve in the heart of Tredegar, offering visitors the opportunity to stroll around the lake or take time out in the sensory garden.

It has loads of facilities including a fabulous play area, visitor centre with a café offering hot and cold drinks and food and a Wellbeing Workhub.

There are many different activities that you can participate in, for example, open water swimming, kayaking, canoeing, SUP, climbing, mini golf and caving. There are go-karts to hire, and the park has wonderful walks and trails. You can also hire mountain bikes or bring your own and you can hire BMX bikes to use on the refurbished BMX track. You can also improve your golf swing at the driving range.

The Wellbeing Workhub (and Meetinghub, for hire), is free to use and the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the park, whilst working.
