Valleys Nordic Walking
Nordic Walking groups based in and around Ystrad Mynach’s Parc Penallta, in the beautiful South Wales Valleys. Regular weekly groups run on Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings. New walkers will need to firstly attend a Beginners Workshop (usually run once per month on Saturdays) to learn the Nordic Walking technique.
